I had a great experience working with Insight Eye Care on this project! Instead of a photo shoot simply featuring product, they decided to include the dog rescue organization, Save our Scruff. Laura and Jenna were an absolute pleasure to work with. The pups were simply adorable, and I even brought mine along. The shoot started off looking like rain, but the weather cooperated in the end.

I am absolutely loving my new OSMO Mobile gimbal / handheld stabilizer. I was close to purchasing the Karma + HERO5, but the lack of audio inputs had me rethink the decision. Actually, the amazing Brady Parker at Henry’s Waterloo really helped me come to a decision. The above video was shot exclusively on the gimbal with a Samsung S7. Not only that, nearly half the footage was shot by people on-set! I would have to say the app is less than stellar from a software stability standpoint and I would advise against the glitchy video editor. Otherwise, the gimbal is amazing. In combination with the GoPro Quik app, this video was put together in a snap.
