If you come later than the warm up, you are welcome to work out on your own. Joining late is disruptive to everyone else’s experience. I start on time.
No problem, I adjust for all levels. This group is for the general population and not for elite athletes.
The only requirements for joining are:
1) Fill out and pass the PARQ+ screening
2) This space is welcoming to the 2SLGBTQIA+ and BIPOC Communities, so you must be as well to join

I’m Troy. I started this group because I love resistance training, being outside, and staying social. I struggled to find a community of people that shared those values, so I decided to start my own. I am First-Aid CPR-C certified (2023) and have spent the last two years studying to become a Personal Trainer through the American College of Sports Medicine. I’m also the Sports Coordinator for Spectrum’s Multi-Sport Drop-In. Some of my favourite activities include trail running, swimming, kettlebell training, Pilates and portaging.
No cost, but you’re always welcome to leave a tip 😁 (but seriously, it is not required).
